Luxury Cars and Resale Values

When it involves ultra-luxury, high-end vehicle leasing, there is little doubt
that the most effective deals are those cars that hold their worth. With this in mind, we single out some truths concerning residual values that consistently apply to high-end leasing.

The most determining factor when it involves resale values is public perception of the complete, not its reliability ratings in quality surveys. Take the Jaguar for example: it is consistently rated as a high quality automotive, but because of questionable reliability perception among the general public, it takes a
sharp dip in worth at the end of its lease-term

Higher-tech choices and alternative cutting-edge features do not essentially mean the automotive will fare better.  By the time your automobile is 2 years old, higher and cheaper systems can render the laser-guided cruise control, navigation systems and built-in cellular phone obsolete. Look for practical options, like automatic transmissions, power windows and wheel-drive to enhance the vehicle’s price within the used-automotive market.

Used-car patrons read less favorably luxury vehicles that come with big incentives. These are perceived as questionable in quality and reliability.
